USB Greyed out LC '13

Hi all!

Any idea why my USB option is greyed out on my new-to-me '13 LC. I wonder if my module is busted.

is that a factory USB cable for you phone? because some of the aftermarket cables don't work for data transfer.

I had the same issue in my 2010 LX. Turned out the cable underneath the USB/AUX unit was unplugged (probably by previous owner).

Try with a different cable/phone. Check if the USB port actually works (you can use a multimeter or check if it charges up the phone when connected).
Also, I found out that the headunit USB mode only works with iPhone and NOT with Android.

This was the problem! I tried my iPhone with a new Apple cable, and it worked! Thanks!!
