US m416 or Canadian m101. Which is better built? Does anybody know of one for sale near Wyoming? I kinda like the looks of the Canadian but am a Marine and think a USMC m416 would be cool. Please educate me:D

The M101cdn is a much newer and improved model. More expensive too. Either one is a great trailer.

I agree, I would say that the canadian's I see are in MUCH better condition when I see them for sale. They are a little stronger (though both are robust) and I think they have a few nicer additions to them. Tie downs, handles things like that.

I debated on which route to go, and I finally settled on the M101 because it is just built a little more stout and has newer parts (i.e. wheel bearings, tires, brakes, wiring). I figured that I'd have to replace ALL of these things on an M416 due to its age (built in the 1960s), and an M101 would be towable immediately.

I'd say buy whatever you can get a good deal on. M416s are a lot more plentiful and so there is a better selection, but the M101s definitely have a coolness factor because there aren't lots of them around (especially where I live).
