Hello Bill, will do! I'll be plinking with mostly handguns i think. Although I have an old 3030 i haven't shot yet, might try that out too. I might have a bowling pin somewhere see if I can't dig that up for the handguns.
I'm planning on a day trip Saturday and will be leaving from Burlington. PM me if you want to caravan.

Alex: What's the usual protocol? I'll be at the camp. I can come out to the Outpost any reasonable time which has hope of hitting the trail.
But I don't want to hang around all morning wondering if someone is missing.

Let's meet at the Outpost NO LATER THAN 9:30AM. Everyone should have their day pass, be gassed up and ready to go. We can leave out from the Outpost right at 9:30 and get on the trails.
Clint, Yo Han, Jared, Jerry and anyone else coming from the Apex/Cary/Holly Springs area: Let's meet at the McDonald's on Highway 64 and Lake Pine Rd on the Cary/Apex line at 7AM. This is about 3-4 miles west of Highway 1. We can go straight from there to the Outpost, get our passes, top off, etc.
For the morning meet, let's use FRS 5/0, CB 5.

Yo Han, you can either bring a tent or sleep in your 62. I prefer to sleep in my 80 so that's where I'll be........

Hey John, in post 50 of this thread, I have info on our Raleigh-area caravan. We could probably meet farther out west on 64 if anyone needs to? (Ramon, Jerry?)
I'm certainly flexible on the meeting place/time, no problem for me...
