Undercarriage pic -thoughts ?

Greetings -
I'm looking at a 2013 LC, and need some opinions on this front undercarriage picture. It seems the skid plate has rust, but not sure what it's hiding.

How concerning is this ???

Any chance of more pics? That plate is often in bad shape, but that one is awful. Pics underneath at the gas tank and each wheel would help.

A couple of more. It spent some time in NE, so I'm a little pessimistic about it.

The plate is awful indeed. The back is not bad. But because of the plate I would want to investigate further. I notice that the back has dirt covering the surfaces and masking rust. It doesn't have as bad rust as the plate, but it is not possible to see how much it actually has.
Can we see close ups of the LCA's? Same for the rear back of the wheels/hubs.
