I need to take my front springs off and get them re-arched before then or maybe we can swing by Hells Creek in Amory (it is on HWY 78) and pick up some new 4" springs.

We'll probably just meet at my house.

We're actually going to hit two locations during the 'Tour. They are top-secret and you'll have to drive blindfolded to get there!

Actually if you look at Google maps and follow the river between the Hollwood/I-40 exit and the Covington Pike/I-40 exit, that's where we'll be roughly.

Would it help the out-of-towners if we held the event on Sunday instead of Saturday? I didn't realize it was labor day weekend when I picked that date.

Whichever day we have it, I'll smoke some pork butts and host the official UTBT BBQ dinnner the night before the tour. Of course, I'll need help drinking beer and keeping the fire going during the day!

I am going to try to make it...I am still working on the details. Sunday works good for me. Then, I can get back to Montgomery on Monday.

I am planning to go to the Ole Miss vs. Memphis game on Saturday night, I think it kicks off at 6:00 pm. Then, I am trying to decide if I want to get to Memphis on Saturday night late or just drive up in the Sunday morning. Memphis is a little more than an hour North of Oxford.

Hopefully, it will work out. I am about 50% right now.

Wow! This is the first I have heard about this event. I have been tied up a good bit lately and have not checked in recently. Sounds like a great time, I hope I can make it. It appears as if a good group of folks are going to attend.

UPDATE!

This event looks like it is off and rolling. A group from Cottonland is going to make it up from Jackson, MS on Saturday. They are making arrangements for accomadations in Memphis for Saturday and Sunday nights if anyone is interested. Maybe we can get some Alabama boys up there to show our support!

I will try to make it... Started on a suspension lift yesterday, will try to wrap up tomorrow on Sat. Don't have larger tires and wheels yet so I may show up in something half way done if we don't run into problems. My 60 is a work in process anyway.
