Under side rust question

Hello,

old bj40 owner here, looking to get into the 100 game. found a 2000, everything looks pretty good, just had some questions on the underside of her.

Does that look like anything to be concerned about, or just acceptable patina for her age?

Mine's a midwest vehicle and I don't even have that level of rust. Maybe you're working on a budget (which is totally understandable), but I would definitely agree with SunDevil. You're in the promised land! I would keep looking if possible

Being from the rust capital of the world, that rust doesn't bother me at all.
Thats just surface rust, nothing to worry about IMO.

Where was that vehicle before CA? Carfax will show you where. A lot of Land Cruisers being sold
on the west coast are from the rust belt. A never ending nightmare of corrosion.

It was in Colorado, now its in the tahoe area
