Not club specific, this site is a clearinghouse for events that you may also be interested in. Search by type and filter for location to try something new.

January: Country Fried Weekend was a good suggestion for trying something new but the organizers have not announced it yet. Stay tuned or we may just do our own thing. Hate to let a whole month go by without using Cruiser Christmas presents (I’m sure somebody got some new lights for the dark trails).

We do have the 2 socials on the schedule. Our weekly meet and an Asheville event.

Dates just dropped for the suggested Country Fried Weekend participation in Georgia. Same timeframe as our first club meet of the year and the Asheville social. So lots of options to stay local but avoid cabin fever, or break ice in North Georgia.

The full PSO schedule is here for your consideration. Lots more excuses to burn fuel.

Cross posted @izzyandsue ‘s info for training by OEX in first post. Great folks and definitely something to consider if you have never been around professional instruction.

Keep your eye out for an ride on Groudhog Day weekend with 828 Overland. That is 3 opportunities to get out with the club in February now.

May edit alert. Weekends were swapped for HC and River Falls Road clean up/Monthly Meet.

Turns out the DOT/Adopt a Highway folks have a preferred schedule for when pickups are done so their crews can go around and pickup the bags. There are 4 dates that we should be hitting as well instead of just the two from recent trips. We'll do what we can, but they are making pretty new signs for us to update the road.

@promofzj80 has done a great job wrangling this role, and if anyone would consider stepping up to help there is a brief safety session on February 11. Two to choose from, noon or 6pm, and should be under an hour. Let me know and I will give you the rest of the details. If you can, please do.

CRR now cancelled.

We should be able to get back to some monthly meets starting in June. Piney Mountain Bike Lounge has been chosen for the gathering due to a few factors; mainly @dukmon is a club member and owns it, and they have beer.

Invites for July's group camp will go out soon to members.
