does anyone know the axle tube diameter for a 1982 bj60? Im putting in new rear springs and need some u-bolts made up.

I used 9/16" dia ones from the local rig shop, bend was round for 3" tube. Spring shop manager guy said they were for Fords... They worked great on my BJ60.

Ok thanks. I was just wondering cause I did a measurement and came to 3.5 inches round but I didn't have a caliper to measure it properly with.
