I use my truck to hunt and need to cross muddy fields at a fairly good clip to "stay on top".

Any way to turn off all of the traction/VSC without going to low range?

Not sure, but you may be able to just pull the fuse....

It is my understanding that when you put it in 4low traction control is turned off. What sensor is tripped in 4 low that a person could disable or install a toggle on the negative side if said sensor? I dont have a wiring diagram or I could figure this out.
 
There are several threads addressing this over on TundraSolutions. I think they were in the Tundra section though and not the 1st Gen Sequoia section but I don't remember right off the top of my head.
