Tundra caliper question

Anyone know offhand if 2012 Tundra calipers are a direct replacement for my 2003 LC.

Local guy is selling some brand new ones very cheap.

Yeah not even close. The ones on the new Tundras are MASSIVE.

Ya I thought so. Thanks. I looked them up and they were the same price so I thought there might be a chance.

Man I wish they did fit. That would be an awesome upgrade.
