Tubs, Body panels, ALUM (1 Viewer)

I am looking at getting new rear quarter panels for my truck. I would really like to go with the steel ones but for some reason the aluminum ones are cheaper!! I would buy both the rear quarter panels here from either:
Aqualu (aluminum)

or
4wheelauto (steel)

But my question is how do you connect the Aluminum to the steel tub?? You cannot weld aluminum to steel can you? I don’t really like the pop rivet way of doing it. How else do they mount them?
