Tubing Bender and 2" Die Needed????

I'm needing to locate anyone in the KC area that has a 2" Die and a tubing bender to help me bend my kick outs for my sliders. I will be using 2" tube w/ 1/8" wall thickness. I REALY would like to be able to get these bent up by this weekend or before if possible. I had a company in Lee's Summit that said they could do it for me, but they just called me up and said they don’t have a 2" die... Sooooo, Can anyone tell me who has a bender and 2" die and provide contact info for me to get in touch with them, PLEASE?

How tight of a bend do you want your CLR? Center line radius. and how many degrees.
