Where's the steel guys? Fabricators?
I need information on steel tube for bumper, sliders, etc. I buy tube, buddy does the work (I get to watch & sweep shop) kinda' thing.
CREW = cold roll electrical resistance welded seam
HREW = hot roll electrical resistance welded seam
DOM = drawn over mandrel
For the money . . . what's the difference in CREW & HREW when it comes to sliders &/or bumper fabrications?
Which one bends best & has better properties?
Yes, I know DOM is probably the best of the three, but I'm currently working with a non-trophy truck, so . . . I'm budget minded.
thax in advance
