I don't plan to go too crazy with it - just general ranch and farm use, but also as a regular driver for trips, etc.

Is the TT the package to get? I like the color, and the hand throttle - or, whatever Toyota calls it. How involved would it be to improve the radio which comes with it? (I would like navigation and the upgraded stereo, if possible.)

Any upgrades which should be done off the bat?

Oh, and as I cannot figure out how to edit my post - any suggestions for a good dealer/salesmen to buy one from, somewhere near Myrtle Beach, SC?

I will be driving it around a fair bit as well hunting/fishing, etc.

With all due respect, a $30K wheeler?

Hmmm, and that's on the cheap end. Haha.

I don't know all the packaged options available (hand throttle, if locking, would be cool when winching) but my votes always been to pick a color and buy the least options, as long ad the rear locker is included.

Primarily, that position is based on most everything else coming off and replaced with aftermarket, which proves to be the case more often times than not.

X100

None of the factory options are as sturdy or useful as aftermarket equivalents (the rear electric locker being one exception).

If I could ha afford a TT

As I was saying..... if I could have afforded a tt and the mods I would have done that. If your gonna mod it is that paint job worth the 4k premium.... since u usually ditch the tt "suspension upgrades".

I just picked up a 2013 TT FJC from Myrtle Beach, SC at Sparks Toyota. The sales staff were very helpful, and I feel like I walked out of there with a good deal. There phone number is (843) 236-2161. The salesperson I worked with, whom I liked a lot was Anthony. Hope that helps.

Robear,
I am in Charleston Sc and looking at buying the TT locally. I was wondering, if you don't mind me asking, what you paid for it in myrtle beach?
I wonder if it is worth the drive up there, or at least a bargaining tool for the charleston dealers?

If you dont want to share, I understand.

Or if you dont mind sharing, but dont want to post it publicly, you could always shoot me a pm.

Anyways, thanks in advance.
Bryan
