Trying to start a "Build" thread (1 Viewer)

As the title states, I want to start my official "Build" thread. But I don't see how I add the grey descriptor to the subject line.
Anybody know and care to share how I go about it?

When you start a new thread there is an area for "tags", I added "build" to my build thread there. Once you have one you can edit the field. I think the problem might be if you create a thread without any tags I don't know if there is a way (without moderator's help) to add tags or get to the tag UX on an existing thread.

Hmmm. @rossi - that didn't work. Maybe I need to re-up my MUD membership.

And then I have the Options value:

And then if I want to change later in the thread I posted, I have the following in the thread:

Clicking on the tag icon allows me to change tags:

yeah, I did all that and nothing changed. I need to re-up anyway. just a drop in the bucket as to what I've spent/will spend on Cruisers and MUD has saved me thousands in dollars and pain
