Trying to post LC pics (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to put up pics of my ride. Need some help, it says my file is to big (thats what she said too!) (sorry, couldn't resist). It says the limit is 87.9KB and mine is 1.24MB. Whats a guy to do?

Resize, I have adobe photoshop. I just resize by cutting my pic down to 75% of the original size, save and then post.

if your do not have photoshop use paint. click on the pull down menu "image" than click "skew/strecth"
