My neighbor has a 95 Forerunner which, we are pretty sure, let something go in the bottom end.

He is willing to unload it for $750 bucks...just get a trailer here and haul it off.


Tons of great parts...the glass alone should be worth this much
or...fix or replace the motor and go wheel the crap out of it, guilt free.

Nice - don't see too many 5 speed 2nd gen's. 22RE? or 3.0?
 
come to think of it he might have an easier time unloading it on YotaTech's classifieds.
 
its a 3.0 V6, see the badge on the grille? tons on them running around the junkyards, you could drop one in for cheap and be rollin tough inn the 4sknninner in no time. dang, I want it, anyone want to tow it to seattle? :eek:
 
yeah, it's the v-6

and honestly, we do NOT know what is wrong. just makes a real bad clunking metal sound. Sounds like a connecting rod but it could be something else. I just wanted to assume the worst so no one would be disappointed. Who knows, with a teardown it may end up being something simple.

Maybe someone coming back from CruiseMoab would have room mudship style...
