truck broken into last night

Everyone gets a turn at losing their hard earned eguipment sometime in the life. I have purchased a $40 camera from harbour freight. It comes with 80' of cable and it has color and sound. Hook to vcr, put a 6 hour tape in and you'll probably catch someone doing something to you! You do need some light at night though. I also spent $96 on motion detector lights. Works great...$140 is not to bad for "some" protection. You'll feel a little safer......

My roommate last year got his stereo ripped off so many times that he glued razor blades to the back of the deck. They took the whole car the next time, but there was blood everywhere in it when it was found (totalled).

Its hard to be light fingered when they are laying on the floor of your victims car.

Hang in there...the same thing happened to me around Christmas. Broken window and torn up dash. Stolen stereo that by the way had the face off. I bought a new dash from cdan and had the stereo people do the install with the stereo. $1300 later all is well. The landcruiser has spent it's last night out of the garage.

Yeah, i saw the baitcar stuff. The thieves reactions are funny when they work it out.

They guy that totalled my roommates car racked up 5 felonies in one night. Felony hit and run 2wice, grand theft auto, felony assult and statutory rape (his girlfriend was 15). When he wrecked the car, someone stopped to see if he was okay. He decked the guy and took his minivan, which he totalled 5 miles later.

They caught him, and he spent 5 weeks in jail. That's it, 5 weeks. Grr

cdan got it for me. It had to come from Japan (2 weeks) but he got it and it looks, well like brand new because it is.
