Is there a way through Techstream to test the speakers throughout the vehicle? I've suspected since I bought my LX that the audio wasn't exactly right. This morning I was poking around trying to see if I could get the front camera working when I noticed the lower driver door speaker wasn't working. In checking the other doors I found that none of the lower door speakers work. The upper door pods are fine on all doors. I hooked up Techstream but didn't see anything obvious for audio. Is there an easy way to test/check the speakers without pulling the door panels?

Nothing in tech stream.

Playing back white noise should help you be able to put your ear to each speaker location and confirm function. If you don't want to climb through the truck, you can use the balance/fade controls in the "Sound" section of the infotainment to isolate each corner.

Did you play some bass...

@grinchy on best place to pull from amp.
Hes done it 12 times. lol

And you can just probe or use a 9v battery.

I was reviewing the wiring diagram to see if I could find a place to check wiring without much disassembly when I noticed that those speakers are woofers, not full range. Leaky2014 nailed it...I popped in a CD that I knew had some decent bass and all the speakers worked fine. I guess talk radio and podcasts just didn't have enough lows to get any sound in those speakers. I felt kinda dumb once I figured it out. I've had this LX about a month and am still figuring stuff out!

It’s not unheard of for the capacitors in the amp to fail. Mine did. When this happens all sound ceases. Not too many ‘partial’ failures though.
For future readers, look up the override or access sequence via the headlights or touchscreen. There is a diagnostic menu available for the nav/head unit/media stack which can often shed some light on issues.

The "hidden menu" did show a fault from 2016 on mine. I cleared it and it hasn't came back yet. Not sure that made any difference or not but probably didn't hurt.
