I have a 91 model troopy with 3F engine. I get quite a noisy high vibration through the clutch pedal which goes if the pedal is slightly depressed. It is intermittent. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Its probably the clutch thrust bearing on its way out. A complete clutch kit is the best way to fix that.

EDIT check also around the pivot shaft and clevis pin at the end of the clutch pedal lever. You could also climb underneath while its vibrating and check around the clutch fork

Or some times if your rpm idle is really low the boxs can rattle sending a bad noise up but it does depend on the exact noise coming from under i guess ,it happened to my old ute a not cool noise ,when i ask my toyota specailist he said its the idler something in the box when the rpm is extralow and a very common more so on pertrols being a idle issue ,raise the revs at idle a lil if it gos away its nothing if not ask rosco :D and if you get a new clutch you can get a diesel clutch as i did in my 3f i presume there a 2h diesel clutch i got told they a more heavy duty but more$$

rpm?

At what rpm are you getting this vibration?
Mine had vibration pulses up the pedal at low rpm's, the problem was cracked crankshaft.:whoops: ...but no extra noice (diesel)
