due to a pending movw out of state, and the fact that i have a new money pit (landcruiser) i have to consider selling my trooper. i just got it runnign again with a brand new clutch and despite it sitting in a garage all winter, it fired right up and still drives like a total champ. i was toying with the idea of keeping it around as a thiird vehicle, but the extra insurance, coupled with not been able to drive it as much as id like....just makes me sad seeing it sit there all neglected and stuff, so id like to offer it up to someone here first to keep it in the family so to speak.
anyways some history on it
its a 91 isuzu trooper that was bought brand new by my mother. i bought it off her three years ago as somethign to get me to and from college and have a little fun on the weekends with.
it has 33x12.5 bfgs
3"body lift
2" susp
warn hubs
light bar and 4 100ww lights on the roof
cd player
fog lights
poser bar
brand new clutch
all lights, turn signals etc were replaced prior to it sitting all winter
and some other things that i will add as i remember them
the bad
it has some rust...rear passenger fender well and the frame has some surface rust
the cd player overloads the headlight circuit and blows a fuse when the headlights and cd player are on at the same time
the oil cooler is disonnected due to a burst line so i looped the return line around and it hasnt had a problem since after months of driving it liek that
this is a canadian truck that i legally imported, so its od is on kms....it has roughly 115k miles on the 2.8 v6....k&n air filter. still runs really strong and i wouldnt hesitate to drive it anywhere as it stands.
if anyone is interested let me know, i am in gresham oregon. it goes in the truck trader next week and ill be asking 2800 neg
