So made this for my LHD 80, doesn't obstruct my view and got the color to match the original cloth that was on the pillar.
Pretty happy with how it turned out.

I kept them tight so I can still mount the grab handle - a little higher.

I did the same, bought a piece of crap off ebay thinking I could modify it to work ... lol
Nope, just started from scratch- not gonna lie it took a while.
I'm looking at getting it scanned and 3D printed rather than taking a mould from this one and producing more from the mould.
Will post updates.
