All stock except the head gasket and the 12mm td42 pump to keep up with the engine. And I think a bigger pulley in the water pump so it can cool and flow through the head a lot quicker
The 2h will not live long. It's high compression and doesn't have pistons with reinforced ring lands.
But the biggest problem will be heat generation. The 2h doesn't stay cool easily with single digits of boost and idi heads transfer so much heat into the coolant that local boiling is a problem.
But that turbo arrangement has no advantages and several disadvantages over a 2 turbo compound setup.
What are the turbos? The small ones look too big and the big too small.
Well if you want someone who can do the maths behind turbine and compressor sizing of compounds. The list is pretty short but I'm on it.
Turbine size has to double (flow wise) from the first to second stage. Because he's running two turbos in parrallel for the first stage then his big turbine needs to be 4x the flow of the small ones or the turbines fight each other for pressure ratio.
This clearly isn't 4x.
The youtube video of the single turbo shows a retarded amount of smoke and a turbo coming on stream in a way that shows it's massively oversized and only spools through overfuel.
If you dial the fuel back to levels of safe EGT then it won't spool at any useful rpm. If you run it at as rich as the video then you'll be cracking heads and melting/swelling pistons in short order.
There was a hot smokey 2H video posted here a few years back which claimed 300hp. The engine didn't last long enough for any more videos.
You also need a smaller water pump pulley for more flow. Not bigger.
