A buddy of mine has a tire store that also specializes in a lot of OEM take off and used OEM wheels and tires.
I noticed he had a set of those same style used TRD wheels a week or so ago.
I told him I would pass it along here on the forum.
They looked to be in similar used condition to that add on Ebay. Defiantly not perfect, but not bad. He told me 495.00 plus shipping inside US only.
Here is link to his website. I don't think he keeps that website all that up to date. If your interested your best bet is to call him.

He is located in small town USA MT. Hope KS. Real nice guy, Rex is the owner. I buy all our Tires for personal and business needs from him which is about 6-12 sets a year.
Where He is located, he has low overhead, so prices are always really fair, comparable to what I see online.

cc1999, did you happen to notice if it was the wheels only or if it was wheel/tire combo? We're driving from Houston to North Dakota starting tomorrow and will pass Witchita KS.
It was a wheel tire combo.
It's an actual new tire dealer, so I am sure if you wanted only wheels they could break them down. There is not much life left in the tires, or if you wanted new tires, of pretty much any brand, I am sure he could accommodate you on that as well.

Although Kansas is closer than Penn state, I need that kind of deal to be, uh... in Boise, or Salt Lake, or Portland, or somewhere between. 
Rex had several other OEM Toyota Wheels, mainly Tundra and Tacoma wheels and wheel and tire combos.
This set here might interest some you. Its a brand new set of Tundra 20" wheels with new ATK0s. I believe these are considered OEM wheels and tires even though they are a Toyota port installed upgrades not actually factory installed. The came off a current body style Tundra.

thanks for the info on KS RWs....I was quick to purchase these. Looking forward to picking them up on my way through next week.
i'm watching the PA one on EBAY but with spastic work for me I need the price to come down a bit
