Hello all, I’m on a mission to collect info about which transmissions and tcases came in the 70 series prado. I’m having a tough time tracking down all this info, so any experts out there please let me know!

Well all I suppose, 86(?)-96, 2L, 3L, 1KZ, 22R, all markets.

My goal is to make a database of all the combinations toyotas used in these and other cruisers to be able to compare whats compatible across platforms, for SAS and things like that.

I don't think anyone is going to do this work for you.

If you go through the parts catalog, you should be able to glean this information with research.

I didn’t expect people to research it for me, but perhaps know good resourses/know valuable information to add toward it 🤷‍♂️ parts catalog is a good idea though

Hello,

The factory service manual complements the information from the parts catalog.
