Sold all of group buy 13. Ready to move forward with group buy 14. Pm me if you want one. Standard seems to be 12.75 or 17.5 you need to measure fill plug of transfer case to transmission use a small diameter rubber hose to measure with, its easier than using a tape measure. Send me a pm for paypal instructions.

Right now the 12.75 hose is $59.00 and the 17.5 is $61.00. If you do not send a paypal as a gift you will need to add $3.00 to your total to cover the paypal fees. Shipping is included within the USA. If your wanting it shipped to a different country pm me.

For paypal instructions PM me.

You need to measure from the fill plug of the transmission to the fill plug of the transfer case. It will be either a 12.75 or a 17.5. $61 for a 12.75 or $63 for a 17.75. Add $7.20 for shipping inside the USA, for shipping outside of USA PM for shipping price. Send as a gift on paypal to avoid paypal fees or add $3.00 more.

Interested in the 12.75 and would like to order. Also curious about the sealing washers, and replacing these at each fluid change. Do you use the crush washer part #12157-10010 on each side of the banjo fitting?

I do not know the part number for the washers i just get them with the hoses when I order them. If you want mic them and see what mcmaster car has. Your the first that has asked in about 130 hoses. Good question? I always just re use the old ones. I would mic one for you but i dont have any even for my own 76 FJ40 im restoring. Had to sell that one. If you want to place the order now thats fine or you can wait until we get some more mudders. Takes about three weeks to get them as the fittings are made in Germany and shipped to the vender from England.

Send paypal as a gift other wise add three dollars to the cost to cover paypal fees. Send payment to louhagler@msn.com in the memo field put your mud name your name

Length of hose you need

Cost for a 12.75 is $59.00 shipped free any where in the states.

I have to order 10 at a time other wise the cost is twice as much. After we get 5 or 6 i will place the order and order extras to make up the 10. As far as I know the price is the same as last order. Vender doesnt tell me until after the order ships usually. Contact me any time. Send me a pic of your rig. If you know any body else that owns a fj60 or fj40 or 45 they all take the same fittings the length changes. The more I get to order the quicker I will place the next group buy.

You make number two.

I will also take one of the shorter versions, 12.75. It is going on a '69 FJ40, I have to do my rear main seal and while i have the transmission and transfer case out this will be an easy addition. Thanks for having such a great product available. I will get the payment sent through paypal shortly.

I have placed an order for both the 17.5 and the 12.75. Vender had to order more fittings so it will be three weeks before i get the hoses. If you want one i would appreciate a pm so we can get them paid for. That makes 14 group buys. Thats alot of hoses

Awesome. Thanks shipmag. I'm sending you payment soon.

The first 5 group buys were done at this url https://forum.ih8mud.com/40-55-series-tech/95870-tranny-transfer-case-bypass-hose-20.html if you want to know the history or look up how others have done with this product click on the link. I am now ready to open group buy 6. As I am only ordering 5 at a time my shipping cost are higher per hose. As a result I need to charge a little more for the hose. The new price for the hose is 59.00. That includes shipping USPS priority mail inside the US. If your needing it shipped to Canada or other country the rates are higher. PM me for a shipping quote or for instructions on how to pay. Once I have the 5 hoses paid for we will order group buy 6.

You will need to know that the hose length of 12.75 will fit your drive train. I have a 74 and a 76 FJ40's and they take a 12.75 length hose. I have a H42 transmission, with one piece transfer case and no PTO. If you have a PTO or two piece transfer case or a five speed or a twin stick transfer case you will need to measure what length of hose you need. Using a piece of 3/8 hose (so it doesn't kink) measure from the fill plug of the transmission to the fill plug of the transfer case, center to center. Let me know what that length is and if its not longer than 17.5 I can get them for the same price. If its longer there will be additional charges for the longer hose or if you need a fitting other than a 18mm Banjo fitting at both ends. So far 26 inches is the longest hose I have had to make with 90 degree fittings on the ends.

These hoses are braided stainless steel outer with a teflon sleeve over a oil resistant rubber hose. The teflon sleeve helps protect it from the heat from the exhaust pipe. You still do not want the hose touching the exhaust pipe.
you still selling these?

Vender says he just got the fittings in from England and should be able to ship them to
Me by the end of the week. You should have your hoses you ordered by the end of next week. Thanks for your patience. I did order a few extra 12.75" and 17.5" long hoses.

Just got notice from UPS that the hoses will be at my place June 17. They will go out to those who have purchased one either the 17th or 18th USPS Priority Mail. I did order extra 12.75 and 17.5 inch long hoses. Now is the time to place your order before I sell them all. Not sure when I will place another order.

Hoses did come in today. All orders did ship out today. I have two 12.75 and two 17.5 hoses left. This makes the 14th group buy. That's 138 hoses. I have also listed them on EBAY. If you don't want to wait a couple months for the next order I would recommend sending me a PM ASAP for payment instructions. The prices for MUD members stayed the same but you have to pay with Paypal as a gift otherwise the price is $3.00 more. Paypal fees and shipping are cutting into the little profit I make for doing these group buys.

Easy install and fits perfectly! I'm so glad I did this. When I opened up the transmission fill plug oil just shot out!

I didn't even know I had this problem. When @shipmag first told me about it, my initial reaction was that I didn't need this mod (I am an OEM guy and I don't do mods in general). Boy was I wrong. Late to the party, but I am now a believer that every Cruiser needs one! What a ingenious solution.

Got mine installed last night (Shipmag's shipping is very quick, however I've been slow with getting around to the install). It's great! Seems very tough and overbuilt which I like. Install went smooth. Perfect fit and pleased to see that Shipmag designed it so you can use a 15/16" socket now for both the drain plugs and the bypass hose. Will report if I see any issues but I don't think I will.

Oh, and I was the one with the questions about the washers or crush washers to be used with it. It comes with washers that appear to not need any changing for the foreseeable future. Since there's really not much pressure in the system, it shouldn't be a problem IMO. Happy customer. Thanks for a great product!

Just installed the 17.5" hose on my rig last night. I was impatient and got the last long hose instead of waiting for the new group buy. There is some extra slack, but it isn't the end of the world. Rig is a 79 HJ45 with a 2H, Aussie Trans in it.
