Noticed this week when going up my drive way forward it seems to slip the gear a bit. What could this be?

My bad, my driveway is a steep hole almost, a very steep grade. Well in the morning going to school was going up the hill and it felt like the transmission lost grab of the gear an it revved without response for a split second.

Just first time happening an now it seems to happen only in morning after not driving. It has 255k on it so it may just be age
