I recently bought a GX 460 which had previously had a transmission flush done at 80k Miles. The transmission shifts perfectly fine, no issues. The truck now has 150k miles on it and as preventative maintenance I performed 4 drain and fills, putting in EXACTLY what came out back in and performing the level check with transmission at temperature. Well long story short, putting in EXACTLY what came out put me about 1.5 quarts too low (little fluid coming out of the check plug with transmission fluid temp at 105F).
So if you've recently had your transmission flushed using a machine, which is not recommended, check the level to make sure its not too low. Do not trust a machine to put in exactly what came out etc.
