Transfercase headache (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Built about 3 of these with no issue - now for some reason I’m stuffing something up.

My issue (with a spare case apart as well). The low select goes slightly too far overshooting the fork (I have this issue in the car atm) I pulled it apart and put it back together thinking I fixed it. But I hadn’t.

So I went to practice on a spare box to replicate and fix the issue.

I can replicate the issue. I solved it one I lifted or turned it a little on the big gear and the fork/synchro was all happy.

It was the detent spring
