Transfer case? (1 Viewer)

My young bloke has just done two wheel drive conversion on his 94 petrol with the locked centre diff, lockers on the front and rear diff and manual hubs. When he locks the hub it doesn't seem to go into 4 wheel drive only the rear are turning, we jacked the front wheels of the ground , rear still on the ground locked the hubs span the front wheels and the front tail shaft spins and rear doesn't because the wheels are on the ground, does this mean the problem has to be in the transfer case or am I missing something

You would still have to use the "Formerly CDL Button" to engage the front output of the transfer case.

OK I'm back installed a cdl button from another car ( that works) ours is a manual. Relay clicks when using L4 shift doesn't click when using button, cdl motor doesn't turn using either any ideas or direction to a good thread would be appreciated
