Broke the main output on a 4speed transfer case (flowered out the ten spline front output when the cone went, I guess). Ordered a shaft from Aust. advertised and pictured as being the right year an model, with 10 spline for the front output and 10 spline rear output, get it and it has 10 spline for the rear output and 32 spline for the front out put. Haven't compared other dimensions but looks just the same as the original 10/10 shaft.

Can't seem to find much on here or pirate and have called around a bit.
Anyone have any ideas?
What did the 10rear/32front shaft come out of?
Can I get the 32 spline front output shaft (that the front driveline bolts to) and shift collar, and have it work on my t-case?
Will any of this work and does it make sense?

Pics soon
what I thought I was getting
10 splines on both sides of the high low shift splines.
what I received is is 32 on the left side of the high low shift spines in this pic.

04/75 and later used a fine spline front drive coupler instead of the coarse spline set up.

You can get the fine spline coupler and associated front outout shaft and install it in your transfer case without any issues.
