Trans flush

What brand/type of fluid to you recommend?

How much do I need?

Should I just pull the tranny pan and replace the filter (old one pops out new one pops in) and refill fluid or is there another step I need to incorporate?

OregonLC did a great write up on trans flush in addition to dropping the pan. You really need to do both if they haven't been done for a while or if you're unsure if/when.

With his directions the process is very manageable.

Amsoil is generally the stinky fluid of choice.
