slider panel out of the passenger side that turns into a cook surface, stove, griddle, coffee maker/espresso machine, blender, and ice machine. That is a popular thing on the teardrop trailers.

Well, the popular stuff is the slide with stove/griddle, and a sink that drains into a bucket, with a cutting board. But the other stuff sounds cool

Actually thought long and hard about a sound system, but to be honest I really like the sound I get out of my little bluetooth speaker. Seems to be good enough. At least until I decide this is a tailgating thing, and install an outdoor TV... ;)

Would look kinda silly being towed by the 40 with 33" wheels....
Agreed. That's why I said 35/36. Kinda puts you in the middle of the road for the 3 trucks. Unless it's a monster just about anything might look silly behind Biscuit.

You can always go skylights and glass houses, complete with AC.

a common theme on the teardrops and tiny travel trailers website for cargo trailer conversions is to put a shower/potty in the v-nose section.

You can make your own screen panels for the bottom of the trailer to the ground that can be secured with velcro, or a boltrope and trough.

If I ever play the lottery and win.....I will be figuring out how to import a 70 series UTE and an Innovan. Innovans make me tingly and lightheaded.

That's freaking cool, right there! I was watching the video and my wife was like "Hey, I like that! Can we go look at one?". :frown:

View attachment 1394398 When I built mine, I opted to spring over mine, with 33's, brings it right to the receiver on my 80 (9R16's and OME J lift) with 4x4 labs bumper. I'm still amazed how well mine tracks behind with the short tongue. I'm sure one important factor is I put the 20g water tank right over the axle, keeping the 200 lbs low and centered.
Any more photos of your trailer

So I'm going to order direct from China a 300cm (almost 10 foot) foxwing awning with an enclosure. Should be large enough to encompass both the side door and rear ramp door. Or at least if the ramp door doesn't go down, it still should be quite spacious in there.

I think Meatball had a pair of camping cots for sale last month. Might be a painless bedding solution for the trailer, which would allow for converting from camper to trailer.

I think @GLTHFJ60 is storing them right now.

The plan for the sleeping platform is two vertical notched supports (one on either side) built from plywood. And a series of plywood or poplar slats that can be slid into place or removed and stored easily.

Will be looking for 24" or shorter storage boxes, to slide underneath the bed for storage (when the gokart isn't under there)

Pretty sure they made their way to Jim.

Help me out here. Concerned about the loop that is the 110v DC to AC invertor. Basically it's going to send power into the unit that generates 110 and 12v ouputs, but also send a signal back to the battery to charge it? Mind blown.... Batteries power invertor, which powers battery charger.....

All the invertor will ever do is draw energy off the battery. It is the job of the controller to regulate voltage from the solar panels (and thus flow of charge) to the battery. The exception is when you are plugged in and can charge the battery using RV hookup (via the convertor).

lol.

Thing is, that 'convertor' on the left is a dual voltage. It controls all 12 volt and 110v circuits. So that "12vdc to load" and "120 load" will come out of the convertor rather than direct from the 120 socket, or output direct from the battery. I get the "shore power" functionality - that's no problem, it's just the non shore power, when I'm running the DC to AC inverter, I need to feed that power back into the "convertor". and the concern is that by feeding 110 into it, I'm now feeding 13.6dc back to charge the battery :)

Here's what it is:
WFCO 8700 Series 12 Amp RV Power Center Converter - S119-554718
