Iam to my witts end on this electrical problem im having. On my fj 62 88 the electrical windows are acting pretty goofy as in not rolling up or down ive bouught some new electrical controls and no dice. If your familiar with this problem on the fj62 and are in need of some welding Ican offer my services in a barter for your electrical know how . If beer is your form of payment i can get some growlers filled up of some pretty tasty beer also. thanks for the help. I live in san diego and i dont mind driving a little ways if need be

i can tig stick or mig anything but aluminum

did you try cleaning the contacts? or switching out the fuses in the control box? or have you torn everything out but your hair like I would have?

If you could source one or even have someone in the 60's section make you copies of the window circuits, I'd be happy to give you a hand. It's a pretty simple circuit, but having a diagram is preferable to avoid throwing parts at it.
