Tractor pulls

Has anyone ever done a truck/tractor pull with their 100 series?
How far did you get?
There is one around here that does them, just a bunch of people getting together for fun, nothing serious. Farm trucks and tractors.
I have thought about joining in, but I don't want to break anything abviously because I have to drive it to work.
So I'm just curious if anyone has done it before.

Never seen a 100 series but have seen some new Tundras pull...and they did awesome in the street class.

From my somewhat uneducated opinion, there is a chance you would break something, as they are not technically designed for that, but there is an excellent chance that it would be awesome, and a 100% chance I'd like to see a video of it!

Given the tow rating and what these vehicles are really designed for this seems like a bad idea. With that said though, I would absolutely enjoy seeing someone other than me giving it a go!

^^ Hard to agree on this. Nissan Patrol is also as capable as the cruiser.

I did see a LandCruiser 100 pull away a tractorpulling tractor, a clear win for the 100.



Maybe... just maybe... there was a slight chance that the tractor pulling tractor was on a trailer without a driver.

This is what I'm talking about. The last truck in the video is a relative of mine. I was not there, but the video was psoted on facebook.



The tow rating is what I'm most worried about, I had gotten my work van stuck at a construction site once and a contractor was pulling me out and we ripped the trailer hitch off of his Econoline.
