I'm sure that was my intention from the beginning. Now that I read that to my wife, she is thinking of backing out. She thought it would be like the toy's for tots thing we did last year down in LA which was more of a "block the entrance to the mall with toyotas and get people to fork over toys and money". Now that she knows there is wheeling involved, it will be a lot harder to talk her into going. Damnit :bang:

She's a girly-girl and hates my wheeling hobby. Trying to change that, but may be just spinning my wheels.

Now she says she will go, but I have to stick to the bunny hills :doh:

I know she says she wants to stay on the easy trails....but she isnt going to have fun driving around the woods unless she is scared....Its important to realize that as she screams at you to not do something, that she really does want you to do it. And no matter how hard she tries to to get out of the door and window that you have kiddie locked....its all just a show.

Thats my motto with all things considering girls (18 and over)

Sat 1:30 - Off to the Orange trail.

Sat 2:30 - watch Carl attack the concrete pile 40 times.

Sat 4:00 - loading up already?

Sat 12:30 - tow phil to the parking lot. Grab lunch.

Sat 1:45 - Why did Ron drive into that mud puddle when Clint was pointing the other way? Must be cold hooking up the strap under water

Sat 2:00 - Some newb breaks out all his quarter glass on Phil's tree

Sat 2:31 - Gumby and John break out RC cars

Sat 3:00 - The rest of the group leave John and Gumby at the concrete pile and drive off. Clint leads.

Sat 3:05 - We've lost sight of Clint and whoever is trying to follow him at 40 MPH down the trail.

Sat 3:10 - Gumby's truck shoots Arjun in the forehead with all 6 hub studs on a hill Bill walked up in 2WD with 3 flat tires just a minute before. Gumby says lots of bad words. Group drags Arjun into the woods and hides body under some leaves. Nobody seems upset.

Sat 3:35 - The rest of the group catches up with Clint who has been trying to get past the off camber part of the rock garden for 20 minutes.

Sat 4:00 - loading up already?

Sat 5:30 - get to Holiday Inn in W. Lafayette. Wonder where everybody else is?

Sat 8:30 - Got hit on by a meth head hooker in the bar. Guess I'll go see what's on the motel TV.

Sun 0800 - Back at the Badlands. where is everybody?

Sun 10:30 - Still sitting in the parking lot alone. Why did I talk my wife into letting me come to this thing again?

Hey, my 12:12 item needs to be moved down to the 4:00 area...... not changed, just moved. I'm bringing a pocket warmer for my vagine this trip, so I think I can last a bit longer.:flipoff2:
 
Damn, now that I think of it work my not be so bad...... NOT!

For me you have to add the 3 1/2 hour drive to the start and end of that list. But it is still worth it and I've always enjoyed it. Maybe that is part of the reason the wife calls these get togethers my "stupid conventions", she just doesn't understand. I love ya guys, there I've said it, It feels good to get that off my chest. See ya at tech day.

It seems like we've been sitting in this one spot for a really long time.

Why did we leave the safety and comfort of Jeff's last night? That meth bar was really scary.

I hate Woody's truck.
