I purchased a subscription to Toyo Tech Online. I have Adobe 7.0 Reader installed. Whenever I click on a section of the manual a blank screen appears for a split second then disappears and then nothing. I have tried removing Adobe altogehter, still no luck. I read the FAQ's there and the recent thread on here about it and still cannot figure out my problem. What am I missing here? I know it is probably something basic. Anyway time is running on my subscription. Any help would be appreciated.

Raven- You seem to have a good working knowledge of this web site. Any suggestions?

Brad,

Check the specs on the techinfo.toyota website. I believe it requires Acrobat Reader v 5.0

Since you have v 7, it won't work. I ran into the same thing. Had to get an old version of Acrobat. If you call the tech support at techinfo.toyota, they'll tell you the same thing.

There was a problem with acrobat reader and the techinfo site, but once you uninstall AR the files should just download instead of trying to open in Acrobat, after you get them downloaded the files open just fine in any version,

have you rebooted since un-installing acrobat reader? windows may not havwe cought on to its absence yet.

I had the same problem and turned out to be the pop-up blocker. I tried two PCs and they both had the pop-up blocker turned on. Just turn your browser's pop-up blocker off and you should be able to see the PDF files opening.
