A bada$$ way to build up a real Toy axle... Full Float, disc brake, same hardware all the way around... party on y'all!
Note that he said these are for the 3.5" tube used in the Ruff Stuff axle housings, not Toyota housings.

Sounds like flanges for the stock housings are on the way soon.
Calipers never have an e-brake. Some OEM rear rotors would have an integral e-brake but not the ones you would use with these.
Custom axles from Bobby Long or maybe stock Toyota shafts if you were able to weld these to exactly the right length. If you have the shafts, you can assemble the outers to the shaft and use the assembly to locate the brackets when you're welding them on.

We definitely will be building more, at the moment we aren't taking any axle housing orders while we move things around in the shop to be more efficient, and we have a couple new faces that are being trained on the mastery of building housings.
We'll announce when they are all available again, which shouldn't be too long.
