Unfortunately, no cable lockers.
Since I took this odometer reading drove it a bit. I will have to go to my storage and take a new picture of the reading. It doesn’t have much more than this.

That back problem is the only real problem for rust
As far as the underside, there’s only surface rust nothing on the frame

Thanks for the extra information. Im gonna review the pics and details with my brother but Im super interested. I live in Ontario so if I did buy it I'd have to fly out and pick it up and drive it to where I live. Do you reckon based on its current state I could manage that or would I need to do some maintenance before that long trip

all the maintenance is up-to-date and it will not need anything prior to the drive currently has a leaking valve stem in one of the wheels but I’m getting that fixed this week
