The following outline is designed to increase the opportunity for forum users to obtain DTH products for a
discounted cost. This discount is provisional based on a discount code to be supplied to DTH at the time of
request. The group buy will have a time limit in which to place the order to obtain the discount provided. Any
or all inquiries using the agreed upon discount code submitted after the agreed upon timeline will not be
accepted for group buy pricing. The discount code will be provided by the individual who sets up the group

Items that are not in stock at time of request will be considered a “rain check” delay. Production will begin on
the group buy items missing from inventory the following week an opening in the schedule shows. This may be
a week or two after the group buy begins. Current production times are now between 4-6 weeks after start
date based on the current pandemic and the effect it is causing on our suppliers. Items that are in stock will be
shipped on a first come first serve basis as long as stock lasts.
Orders / inquires will need to be emailed into DTH either the website form on the webpage or by emailing to
info@dougthorelyeheaders.com The code must be present in the email to ensure the group buy pricing. The
forum members who have submitted the code will be contacted by DTH either by phone or email to set up
their order. The group buy participants will have individual orders with DTH to keep the warranty coverage to
the specific customers.
Payments will take place when a tracking number can be assigned. No group buy member will be required to
pay for the header sets and wait 4-6 weeks. DTH will need payment info at time of order being placed to
secure the backorder, but the payment will not take place at time of purchase for out of stock items. Items out
of stock that can not be shipped with 10 business days from time of order will have a courtesy phone call to
the customer before DTH invoices to ensure they are ready to make the payment. (Nobody likes to pay a
bunch of money and not see any thing for a month. That’s crazy! If the customer is willing to wait for us, we
are more than willing to wait for them)
