Offset for 200 series large diameter wheels and determining which applications work

The offset of the larger diameter wheels is as high as +55mm on the LC200. This is also called high positive offset as the hub face is set far forward of the center point of the wheel.
In comparison, the LC80 runs Zero Offset (0mm), which means the hub face is in the center of the wheel.
For reference, some LC100 / LX470 and LC200 / LX570 wheels are interchangeable.
Aspects to always consider are the bolt circle (PCD), hub bore diameter, Offset, Overall Diameter, and width. These factors all play a part in allowing the wheel to fit correctly without contacting brake calipers, suspension mounts, or pushing the tires into fender arches or other structural parts.
Some of the offset numbers can be adjusted depending on your overall diameter and width, just be careful as mistakes can be costly and dangerous.

Good luck with your wheel interchange!

Would you happen to know what a good offset would be if I was to buy an aftermarket rim? Everyone pretty much put rock warrior, trd off road, or trd pro tundra rim 5x150. I think all of those are oem +60 offsets. I'm not too sure what the offsets mean for the lc200. I want to put aftermarket wheels but +60mm offsets are not in the market at all.

Basically if +60 offsets arent available for aftermarket, what would be an ok one that wouldn't ruin my axles, boots, etc. Biggest 18 I've seen on eBay is +40 while 0, 12, 18, and 20 are common. Please let me know. :)

I run 20X9 with +40mm offset with 295/55/20 tires (32.75" tall X 12.2" wide) and have zero rubbing on stock suspension. The +40mm offset is essentially like having a spacer without actually adding a spacer as the center point of the wheel is wider. From what I have read, the further away from the stock +60mm offset puts more stress on the axles. I am at +40mm which isn't too bad and I haven't seen any adverse effects in the short time I have run this setup, but as long as you stay within that +60mm to +40mm range, I think you will be ok. Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
