I would like to buy the shaft that connects the PTO winch to the Gearbox and the Shifter that goes inside the cabin. Please let me know anything you have.

more info needed. 1 piece case or split case? what series rig as there are several different versions of the driveshaft? does your transfer case have the PTO gear in it?

It is for a FJ40 split transfer case. The transfer case doesnt have PTO gear in it, the box mounts directly to transfer case by removing a plate. Does this help?
8/80 to 9/82 used a different driveshaft and shifter than 10/82+. The PTO itself changed 10/82 as well. The 10/82+ the driveshaft will be a different length for the four and five speed transmissions.
Besides the year of the PTO what year is the FJ40 its going in. Prior to 1/79 the driveshaft front support/pillow block bearing mounting point was one of the brackets that supports the radiator. 1/79 the front support/pillow block bearing moved to side frame rail. 10/82 a second support/pillow block bearing/U joint was added further back.

My FJ40 is a 1984 with the late model split transfer case, 4 speed transmission
Reading your title again are you looking for the shifter that operates the transfer itself of the shifter to operate the PTO attached to the transfer case? Transfer case any 8/80 and later with a four speed from a 4X series or 6X series should work. Shifter would come thru the floor a little further back with the 6X series. For a PTO is it from a 84 FJ40 or something else? They are single direct and two direction PTOs as well and different locations for the lever the shifter attaches too.

my apologies,
need the PTO winch shaft linakge for the FJ40 and the shifter (with knob) that goes to the PTO gearbox. My cruiser is a 1984 with split transfer case.
