TL,DR: Do not buy Toyota Sightline wiper blades, if you want to replace the inserts.
Just learned something new as I recently inadvertently "started" over with Toyota factory wiper blades. On my then new to me 200 LC the dealer put new wiper blades on it. I was none the wiser but they were Toyota Sightline wiper blades. They worked fine and held up for multiple years. The blade finally died and I went to buy new inserts. Come to find out inserts are not made for the Sightline only the factory blades.
So the Sightline blades are basically one and done wipers. Which in this day in age is wasteful but they are the blades pushed by Toyota for service because it is all about turn time.
Fortunately during a parts sale I bought new Toyota factory wiper blades for my LC and my Tacoma which are now on both vehicles. I have already replaced the inserts on the Tacoma. And now have replacement inserts for the LC.
Anywho something surprising because I figure the Sightline blades being Toyota were replaceable.
