Hey all. I have a toyota factory winch set up on my 100 series. After winching a F250 off the beach, the winch started to drip what I think is hydraulic or some sort of fluid. After looking closer I can see that i winched at an angle and the cable wrapped up more on one side than the other.

Could this have caused the winch to leak fluid? It wont reverse out now because the cable is over wound on that one side, causing it to not be able to turn. I am hoping to put it in free spool and anchor the winch to a tree and reverse it out today to free it up.

My main question is where do I replenish the fluids the winch has leaked?
