Red took this all to the top of the trail.

I like this trailer ball setup way more than the Pintle that I had on my CDN101

Much less clanking around and noise.

I got in a narrow spot and had to back it up 100 yards. The extra tongue length helps but still a bitch.

I should have just unhooked it.

@MEMCruiser Nolan's 1st pic above looks REALLY familiar. Did we hit that trail?

What tent is that on your trailer? Also, did you choose that trailer for any particular reason (granted, it's cool, but is it the size, weight, tongue dimensions, etc?) I really like the idea of a trailer tent, and I'm trying to decide on a format that would work best for me (mostly on-road, with some off-road.....Did I just answer my own question?)

It's the size and weight that makes the M416 so perfect.

My opinion is that as long as you are going to keep the box, axles and springs stock-ish find a M416 (or M100 or Bantam super rare) or Canadian 101 and rock out.

I can push mine around on rough ground fully loaded still.

That's why I only have one kid. Call me selfish I don't care. Who wants to go to Clayton, OK next month? Yeee haaa!
