We did the popup behind the carhauler and I liked it. The down side is no travelling bathroom like with the crawler hauler setups. Also, you cant just stop in a Wally World parking lot or roadside park and jump in and crash. K2's epic storm would have been rough on one as well. Other than those small downfalls, they rock.

Agree with all of the above critiques.

That said, for $2000-5000 you can't beat 'em......

If I had the $ and could stand for something I spent a bunch of $ on to sit 350 days a year unused, I would have a Class C motorhome capable of towing a big trailer.

That's pretty cool!

Be even cooler if it were a diesel

And cost a LOT more. but think about it, how many miles per year would you really drive it? Gas is what, 30-40 cents per gallon cheaper than diesel these days? That big block would pull the world if you asked it to. I'm half way thinking about it myself...

For the cost of an OZ tent.....you gotta think something like that would be cool if it is mechanically sound.

Besides, you NEED more stuff......

Why you gotta be so logical, Daryl?!

I'm in no position to acquire a crawler hauler. Heck, I can't even really justify buying a true 1/2 ton pickup to haul Snoop :meh:

No - I don't need more stuff! Thank you for reminding me. It would not be my first choice for longer trips but think how convenient that would be for all my trips to HS! Throw and AC in there and some tool/parts storage and rock on.

Put the Craigslist down and take two steps back......

You have lots of stuff you need to sell Lenny first.
