Made a TSC run for some hardware. Gate is on and fully operable. I need to cap the tubes and then blow it apart for welding and paint.

@metalshaper if you see this, you may get a call tomorrow. Erin posted the trailer on the FB and has had a folk or 2 asking about your brackets.

Thanks again

M-416 parts.
I have a complete hub to hub axle with e brake and lug nuts and hardware , bearings and brakes serviced a few years ago. Pic shows the springs on it but they are not included ( using them on my bantam) also have a pintle tongue that’s been welded up to reduce noise, also have 4 tires and wheels the tires are holding air and a couple have newish tubes in them. I’d like to move it all together, Make me a decent offer , Holler with any questions. Located in Russellville Ar
Thanks Dave

215/85r16, almost exactly the same as the stockers, just a smidge taller.

New bearings, one new hub (outer bearing race was spinning) and got the lights wired up. I think other than some paint on the tailgate, the trailer is ready to roll...

Fun fact, apparently our 416A has standard 3.5T outers. Picked up some Dexter bearing kits from the local trailer shop as well as a spare hub and bearing set. This also means that a 3.5T 6x5.5 hub is readily available if we want to go to the Toyota pattern.

A few poser shots in the yard, but coming together nicely.

3500 dry maybe 4500 loaded.

No staying 100 series. Going to do tcase gears at some point. I am not going to be in a hurry to get anywhere and 100 will tow it fine.

Another Karavan owner for years used a V8 4R.
Looks great! Glad to hear staying in the 100.

Don't let anyone tell you that the 80 tcase gears fit the 100 tcase.

Lou somehow ended up with this M100 frame from Jerry. It’s been at my house for a few months. Since he’s on down time we rigged up a lock-n-roll bitch today so he can get it home. Plan is a wood bed
