Tow hitch mod

Does anyone have a solution for changing the look of the stock tow hitch area? I don't like the look of the white plastic cover that normally goes over this, and prefer not to have a cover at all so that a bike rack can be thrown on there without having to take off the cover each time. But leaving the cover off doesn't look great either.

i would not complain about that hitch. take a look at a 2018 lx570 hitch, it is 3x nastier looking than that!
