Going to be coating my floor boards and parts of the exterior soon. I need opinions on the toughest, most functional, easiest to apply, bed liner. Has anyone tried hyperliner by hyperseal?? :hhmm:

I just used Herculiner on my interior wheel wells. Seems pretty tough, and has a ton of rubber chunks in it. I did some tests and wasn't able to scrape any off. I was also going for sound dampening and it seems to do a pretty good job of that Took over a week for the smell to go away though.

Good to hear a positive review. I'm hoping to put some on my 62 once the weather warms up. The local Ace carries the kit for a decent price (along with extra quarts) so as soon as I take the time to prep it I'll start in on it. Only thing I'm concerned about is how well it'll adhere on the edges where I mask it off, since I won't be able to perfectly sand along the edges.

I used Herc on my first 60 and then I used some cheaper Duplicolor roll on liner on another vehicle. I would definitely say the Herc with all the chunks of rubber is the better of the 2. Just make sure you put on a lot of coats so its thick.

I've got herculiner in the cargo area of my 60, and the stuff is super durable, I'm planning on doing the wheel wells and rest of the interior too.
