TOTALLy disconnecting alarm on '00 LX ???

Is there a way to totally disconnect the alarm system on my '00 LX ?

I would think there is at least one wire going to the battery but can't figure it out.

Every time I unlock the truck with a key the alarm goes off. I don't use the controls on the key. Just properly open the door and it goes off.

Only the driver's door, or others too? Have you done any work inside the door recently?

Have not been working on door and not sure about when opening passenger door but I think it goes off then to. I will check later. Thanks

Bump. does anyone know how to just disable the factory alarm on 99 LX470? I have a single master remote but it does not lock/unlock the truck, only makes the beeping sound, so I lock it manually from inside. However, when I go to open with the key, the alarm goes off. I'd rather just disable the whole thing. Any thoughts?
